Well, after installing the crack, it asked for my CD key still, but the game actually works now... I'm confused, but at least it works now! Thanks for your help!

I think because you originally tried to run the retail game it triggered the CD Key request and that it still triggers even with the NOCD crack in place. I had read that some modern Windows versions have problem with old game copy protection like Safedisk but didn't know if it was true.

I still have my old retail disk also but I got fed up with patches and stuff so I bought the GOG.com version when it was on sale.

Go to the swat folder
C:\Programs(whatever) \Sierra\SWAT 3\swat.exe
Right click on swat client and select run as administrator.
Then try inputting the key, Just an idea.
