Any life left in SWAT 3? was created by Dragon
Been away from the world of computer gaming for a while and was wondering if anyone is still playing anymore. I am surprised that Slippery Jim is still working on Last Resort, so I may be interested in buying a new copy of the game if it still has a decent-sized community to get a group together to play occasionally.

I usually play offline, rarely via Radmin - online. The best I can pull off right now (due to IRL reasons) is around 1 hour of online weekly. I'll be happy to play with someone.

I returned to swat 3 this past fall, have been playing it and working on some new mods over the past few months after having not touched the game since 2010. All of these years later I can say that it is for me personally the best gaming experience I ever had based on the immersion factor alone. Aside from the pure gameplay enjoyment, I feel that swat 3 and the entire series had enormous potential that was never reached due to the chaos at sierra in those last years. Seeing the success that ready or not is having just now with their recent announcement of getting ported to console confirms to me that we were all onto something from day one.
I am definitely on board to play online and develop the game further on the technical side to see what is possible. As the saying goes, play has no limits xD

don't know, i tried writing on here every now and then from random posts and got the cold shoulder from alot of the prior men who are suppose to be making this thing happen, felt like an outsider when i am an original player from the day this game came out.... fact
but i don't hold it as hurt, i understand people are preoccupied with life, but it would of been a better experience if the clan around us was more enthusiastic, that's what made swat 3 fun, enthusiasm.... nothing more nothing less, but we have all moved on?
here men, make it happen, stop waiting for it, just make a deal of it.
if anyone wants to stop this old school forum stuff and make a whatsapp group of some sort then that would work better for everyone, with all respect i say this..

lets hope the boss is into the idea....
are you? as i know you can read this....
I've been writing on and off on here
i may add im one of the first people to run and operate a neuwan server and make it happen, i spent a long time trying to do my own version of this and came across LR.
i hada perfectly running non cd key version server of neuwon, but nobody listened at the time
kind regards

It would be nice to have a user friendly option for us to voice chat via smartphone. That would open up a lot of availability for me to communicate about an ongoing project as being tied down to my computer is kinda restrictive vs. talking on the phone while I am driving via bluetooth. If we are able to resurrect an easily accessible way for people to play multiplayer online i.e. neuwon then I believe we could bring in more players by promoting it on twitch, youtube, etc.
