SWAT3 File (c.con)

Okay so this may be a dead end but its honestly the last thing I've been trying to figure out or find.  I had the file backed up forever on my HDD but I've lost it somewhere in the process of moving everything to a new one.

Anyways it was a file called "c.con" and it let you hit (Shift ~) and typed in "run c.con" and hit enter.  It would brighten everything up and you were able to lean from left to right with just the touch of the arrow/wsad keys.  I'm sure maybe Jim remembers what I'm talking about.  I was told how to make a .con file and what to type but I can't for the life of me remember how it was done so I thought maybe I'd ask you guys and see if you remembered or could make one for me?  It's a very simple file but I'm not even sure where to start.  I absolutely loved it for CO-OP.

I actually don't remember that specific file at all. I never really messed with the .con files much while gaming.

When you mention making it brighter the only command that I think of is to turn off the Swat 3 lighting. In the console (~) you type FLAT

As for the lean keys I just remapped the Q and E keys to MOMENTARY LEAN LEFT and MOMENTARY LEAN RIGHT
