Ok, entered that privilege key but when I try to connect it gives the error message "insufficient client permissions (failed on Invalid permission: 0x28)"

Try this one. There was an issue with a slightly overzealous permission setting that was blocking it from working.

TY so much for the outstanding assist!  I was able to connect to the TS server and had a great convo with CC.  In a moment of lighthearted forgetfulness on my part, I was running my laptop off battery and the battery died while I was in mid-sentence lol.  Fortunately the TS client stayed connected even though my comp forced itself into a sleep mode, CC had gone AFK which at this point was over 2 hours ago so I think he may be gone for the night.  I will connect back on tomorrow night and look forward to chatting!
